For over seventeen years Rinse has been pumping uncompromising music out of its London heartland, built by the community, for the community. Like an aerial on a tower-block it has acted as a focal point for successive musical waves from Jungle to UK garage, dubstep to funky and beyond. Through its transmissions, nights, releases and compilations it has inspired a community of producers, DJs and MCs to collaborate and create music they want to hear. In 2012 Rinse’s finest will be crossing the Channel to host a night at Parisian music hot spot the Social Club. On the first Thursday of every month the club which is based in the heart of Paris, will open its decks to the Rinse FM DJ’s who have come to represent London’s thriving underground music scene, giving  Paris its own grass-roots gateway into the true London sound. Youngsta, Roska and Elijah and Skilliam will kick things of on Thursday February 2nd 2012. Entry to Social Club is FREE.
