Dropping Friday 18th May, Apple Music releases it’s ‘The Sound of Berlin – a journey through the capital of electronic music’,
The 1hr long techno documentary exploring the ‘irresistible magnetism’ of Europes electronic music capitol takes us on a journey of how underground minimal techno has become a mainstay and crucial part of Berlin's nightlife.
Scored by Marc Houle of the Minus imprint, The Sound of Berlin documentary features interviews a wealth of techno tastemakers, nightclub owners and Berlin movers and shakers, such as: Dimitri Hegmann (Founder of Berlin Techno Mecca club Tresor) Juan Atkins, DrMotte, Monolink, Alexander Krüger , Pan Pot, Mathias Kaden ++
Who knows, it may even reveal the inner workings that govern the forces at play surrounding the mystical door policy which dictates the insurmountable task of actually getting into Berghian. . . doubt it though.
